I love coming here every week and getting a great workout with a fun, supportive, and motivating staff. They always make you feel welcome when you come in and push you to do your best. I just completed the 6 week challenge at this location and had great results losing 14 lbs, gaining muscle, and losing inches. I highly recommend the Winter Park location!
