ILovekickboxingWinterPark has just been a game changer for me. I love the workouts and I love the atmosphere when you walk in. The instructors are always so happy and bubbly you would never think they have bad days. I love that they keep it positive. They push try to push you but they also understand that you know your limit and you know when you should slow down and they respect that. That is something that I haven’t had going to other gyms. It is never a mess and it is always fun to go in and work out . If you want to do something fun that will help you stay motivated in living a healthier life this is the place to do it! Thank you for what you’ve done and the results that I’ve already seen in my 3 months of coming in!
