Love this place! I was looking for a killer workout and community and I found both here at ILKB Poway. Tried out a couple classes then decided to become a member. As a former collegiate athlete structure is my best friend and the class schedule allows me to create that. Whether you’re a beginner or professional the instructors are really helpful in teaching proper form and giving you pointers to improve along the way. It’s been worth the investment so far! So accommodating when I was pregnant and had my baby.
