This is a FUN workout. The Staff is great, keeping you engaged and accountable, and encouraging you to do your best! Not only that, the other members are encouraging too! There is always a friendly smile, supportive fist bumps, (We're wearing gloves, you see!) and a little friendly competition to help push you a little further.
I really appreciate the heart rate monitors and the board that shows you how you're doing so you can push yourself!!
