After my first class I knew I had found a full body workout perfect for me! The environment is fun and clean, the staff is amazing, and I am gaining more skills with each class. My body can feel the difference of this work out compared to any other I have done, and it drives me to reach my goals. It is more than weight loss; it is confidence, self defense, strength, stamina, friendships, good times, networking, and so much more. An hour of work out each class goes by so quickly!
