Before ILKB would never attempted to do a workout class like this. I would always find some sort of excuse to not go. I was too fat, it was too much money or I just didn't have time cuz I worked too much. Since April, I've lost 57lbs and 20in. The instructors are amazing and are vested in your journey. The studio is cleaned twice daily and gets a deep clean every weekend. The workouts are high intensity, but you're able to go at your pace until you get the hang of things. This is literally the best hour of my day!! When I walk thru those doors I know that the next hour is going to be my best hour of my day. My strength and confidence has increased so much in the last seven months and I always feel a sense of accomplishment. A feeling that "I just did THAT" If I can do that then I know I can do anything. I highly recommend coming in and taking a class. You won't regret it. Federal Way, WA
