Dewitt NY. How cliche is it to say that ILKB changed my life? It's pretty cliche. However it has, most definitely, change my perspective on exercising and fitness as a whole. Something I used to dread is now something I look forward to. The staff is amazing, and even better than that is the other members. EVERYONE is so kind, supportive, and really have become bonus family members. Going back to the staff, I know I can text anyone of the staff members for advice or motivation and I always get a response that is both inspiring and helpful. The moment you walk through the doors of ILKB you are supported, inspirited, and celebrated. The work outs are fun, the music is loud, the trainers are supportive and give you the right amount of push, and you'll soon find yourself looking forward to your workouts. I promise you, joining ILKB isn't something you'll regret, you'll wish you had the opportunity to do it sooner.
