I am so glad my friend told me about I love kickboxing in Kent! It is so addicting! Everyone is so friendly and so supportive of one another. It definitely works out your whole body (still sore from my first class) but you feel sooo good after! I can’t wait to get stronger and continue to build my self confidence. Definitely worth a try!
