In a week I lost 4lbs thanks to their meal plan and workouts! I have fun in every single class. I'm grateful for the instructors. I have a bad knee and they help me adjust my excercises. Also, is close to my workplace which makes it even better. I recommend everyone to try it and have the BEST HOUR!
