I started Kickboxing last week in Kent, WA and so far I have been very happy coming here. Everyone that comes here are very friendly and motivated. I'm very shy and it's hard for me to get comfortable and make friends, but coming here made me more confident because everyone was down to earth. I also love their trainers because they're constantly checking up on you and making sure your form is right and also having fun! I usually do in-home work outs and I only work out no more than 30 minutes because I easily get bored and quit. I'm giving them a 5star rating because I love their work outs, and learning a lot of techniques which is why I joined. Trainers are consistent and this place is very clean!
