I've been to many different gym and fitness classes, but ILKB Lynwood is my favorite. The studio is clean and well maintained. Instructors are AMAZING!!! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I was so nervous to join after not being active for over 7 years. The instructors guided me to the right track and now I feel healthier and stronger. This kickboxing class is not just for losing weight. Weight loss is a bonus. It's definitely a fun workout!
