I started kickboxing almost 6 years ago, right before I turned 50. I was feeling old and my gym workout was not enough. From the minute I took my first class I knew this was an amazing workout. I feel young, healthy and happy. Each teacher makes sure that even after 6 years of taking class, my classes still challenge me and push me daily to be my best. Thank you ILKB I love kickboxing!
