I joined reluctantly with my daughter because I was out of shape and always said classes weren’t for me. But this is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. After three weeks my stamina is up, my muscles are rebounding and I feel great. The instructors are fabulous and encourage and support you as you push yourself to get better and stronger.
