What a greedy company with everyone sacked due to Covid the MDs are dealing with bookings and emails.
It's took me 20 plus emails to get my refund even though I paid for the extra cover to protect my booking due to the Covid-19 pandemic and all that comes with it.
I booked and paid for the 20th October to 2nd November. Jet2 cancelled the flight and changed it to the 21st a day later. I called them, no answer. I emailed them and they said pay another £30.00 to which I replied why as I'm coming a day later and the days are covered with my original booking. They emailed back saying it's that or nothing.
So I called Stansted Airport a man changed my booking as I had the dates already booked in as he understood my predicament and sent me confirmation of my booking for the 21st.
A day later one of the MDs cancelled my booking without any further communication and told me good luck finding another Meet and Greet. How unprofessional and disturbing is that.
I did find another company and saved £37.00.
Shame on you and good riddance.

Plenty of decent company's out there everyone. Look around and stay well away form these greedy lot.
