My friends ordered me a painting portrait before and I loved it as a gift. I tried to get another one for myself and it's been radio silence... NO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS. I want a refund, but I can't get in touch with anyone. It's been 3 weeks.
I'm not sure how there's good reviews about this company - did they pay extra? I don't get why I haven't received ANY reply or preview from my order. I am not happy and I want my money back.
