I ordered a Christmas Gift in November. Never received the artwork. Emailed the company numerous times with “excuses” and blaming me for not “approving the artwork”. Never got it. Now we are in February and asked for a refund for the 3rd time. Stated they would give refund minus the “artwork fee.” Buyer Beware!
