Very easy to use website and I particularly liked being able to choose the size of the whole where the picture would sit. The only downside is that the frame wasn't packaged well and the perspex was bent behind a couple of the metal backing pins... This could have damaged the Perspex if no protective covering.... A little more care in putting frame together is needed, it seems it may have been rushed. V good quality frame and mount tho. Thank you
