The frame is of the highest quality and will suit its intended purpose very well indeed. Just as important, though, is the level of customer service I experienced. Phoning to enquire about the progress of the order, I was told that at the last stage - 'finishing' - a fault had been noticed. Hearing that I hoped to have the frame for a special occasion, the office manager told me that the original materials were temporarily out of stock but suggested an alternative which would mean that the frame could be made within hours. That is exactly what happened: the parcel was despatched that afternoon and I had it the very next day. I couldn't have asked for more.
