Agreed a new 24 month contract with Imagine in dec23, at a fixed price fixed term contract. We discussed at length with the sales agent over the phone and asked imagine to confirm in writing by email that the contract was indeed agreed at a fixed price for 24 months, which they did - after 3 months imagine increased price by approx 13%. When i challenged this imagine said they were within their rights to increase the contract cost at any point along my 24 month contract and that if i tried to cancel my contract they will impose cancellation fees of the total value of the contract. These are sharp practices and this is contract miss-selling being carried out by Imagine, Avoid this company at all costs.
