Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company, specifically regarding two recent orders I placed. Firstly, regarding order number 0644309111 for the SmallRig 3083C Cage for GoPro, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of action taken by your team. After waiting for 4 days without any progress on the order and facing unresponsiveness from your customer service line at 1800-258-3138, I had to resort to posting a negative review on Google. Following this, the owner of the company contacted me, promised a refund due to a dispute with the courier company, but it has now been 9 days and I have yet to receive the refund. Secondly, with order ID 180530... placed on 16/06/2024 through your subsidiary company cinemacenter.in, I am facing similar issues. Despite providing an order tracking link from Shree Tirupati Courier Services Pvt. Ltd., my attempts to check the status of my order have been met with extreme unprofessionalism and abuse from their staff. This experience has been severely disappointing and has led me to believe that your company's operations in India should be reconsidered. I have attached relevant screenshots for your reference. I urgently request a resolution to these matters and a prompt refund for the initial order as promised.
