I will use their website only when all photography equipment dealers are dead in the world. They are highly unprofessional. They list even those items that they don't have in stock, collect money, and sit on it for several days, and when you call them, then they disclose that they don't have it in stock. They don't respond to emails & tickets you create, orders leads to an error page after payment, you don't get any confirmation message, order don't show up even after successful payment, website says that they are available on toll free number from 9 AM to 8 PM, but the call disconnects until 10:30 AM and then for 30 minutes more, it doesn't get picked up. Chat support has no clue about anything. The whole experience is a nightmare.
