Absolutely love my 3 new lampshades! Imbue went very far above and beyond to recover existing ones as replacing wasn't possible with fitting position too low (old IKEA paper ones) to replace with completely new shades. Honestly the best customer service experience in a very long time! Never knew new lamps could make me so happy!
