The follow up was timely throughout the entire process.
I did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay for two translations. From Romanian to English and then from English to German. It would be fair to know about it upfront. This should be made transparent from the get go. At the time of placing the order, the system accepted translation from Romanian to German and charged me only for one translation. My order was processed only after I paid for the additional translation.
