I had an emergency and couldn’t play with booster and I had purchased 2 orders (one order for D5-M5 and another for M5-M3). I asked for a refund for both and they said the booster said the order already started and asked me if they were lying and I was confused because the booster seemed really nice and asked immortalboost for a screenshot of what exactly the booster told them and they basically said “no u” and asked me to send a screenshot of my private DMs with them after they said they can provide a screenshot. I also asked for a refund days ago and they said I would get it back within 24 hours and after waiting longer than that I asked for an update and they were now insisting on only refunding 50%. They were also VERY impatient and never spoke to me with respect always calling me “bro” and after I had already had enough I started talking to them with the same respect they showed towards me. They even tried to guilt trip me and beg me not to leave an honest review or else I would get them fired as if it’s not the way they talked to me that’s getting them fired.
