Big mistake to have used them. They Totally underestimated how much stuff we had and we ended up paying double of the quote! They are a third party company using a service of another company.
I wish they had sent a surveyer to double check what was been quoted on to ensure the quote was accurate.
I am still waiting for the break down of the extra charge although my move was almost 4 weeks ago and still no news.
