We used imperial pest prevention for a home that we were buying. They were hired for a wood destroying organism inspection that we were required to have for our loan. He had found termite damage in the attic of the home as well as other locations of some termite swarmer wings and fecal pellets in other attic locations. Due to his findings we were able to negotiate the home at a much better price. We also were able to get the termite treatment for the home worked into our deal. Imperial pest prevention did the tent fumigation for our home, and we also hired them to do the subterranean ground termite treatment also. We have them for pest control and lawn spraying also. We have been more than pleased with all interactions, transactions, and treatments that we have received as well as all of the staff that we have had dealings with.
