We have never met the company physically as we are in a different state, but they have always performed and communicated like we were right there in person. The office girls are absolutely wonderful. All four of them always deliver great customer service. The inspectors that go out always seem to also do a great job. We have hired them for termite treatments, bed bug treatments, cockroach sprays, an flea sprays as the properties we acquire typically are not in the greatest condition before remodels. All in all, I have never had a bad experience and never have had to call them back out after treatments. Imperial pest prevention provides quality work and the prices have been great also.
