Superb service!, We had an ongoing problem that a large scale company was unsuccessful in handling. After speaking with the representative from imperial pest prevention we felt confident that they would be best to handle our problem for the commercial restaurant that we own. Imperial pest prevention has delivered everything they stated they would. It took about a month and a half a little longer than I had expected but in their defense we did not hire them for the exclusion and we had an open vent near our exhaust fan location on the outside of the building that they kept pointing out for us to seal up. Once it was sealed and the methods of whatever it is that they do, it worked. We have not had a rodent or signs of one in quite sometime now. We now have them regularly monitor for rodents, and they do our monthly Pest Control spray. Service has been great, and the price has been even better.
