Excellent customer service! Imperial pest prevention was hired by us to perform a wood destroying organism inspection for a home that we purchased in Port Orange Florida. The technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, and most important very thorough! The inspector crawled every inch of the house from the attic inside and below in the crawl space. He ended up finding subterranean and termites and tunnels that were underneath the crawl space on the support wall and some of the framing in the crawl space. He then proceeded to trace it up above inside the house around some of the flooring and trim boards. These findings were extremely important for us and huge in our negotiating the purchase price of the house. We have since closed on the home and hired imperial pest prevention to do the termite treatment for the findings. We could not be happier with the services and level of professionalism from all imperial pest prevention employees and office.
