Absolutely killed it! We had another local pest control company we hired to kill off bed bugs. All they did was constantly make excuses and failed to deliver results. We contacted Imperial pest prevention and spoke to Greg. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and walked us through everything needed to help us prepare for the treatment. We followed the instructions exactly as the prep sheets stated and the video that was sent to us. Within one treatment we had not even seen a bed bug after. Carl from Imperial came out to do the follow-up spray and did an awesome job. We have been bed bug free after the first application, and now it's been 2 months and we can finally relax without worry.
