This company helped me out with a really bad bed bug situation. I contacted Imperial pest control after hitting the internet and identifying that I did indeed have bed bugs. I let a lady friend stay with me who was frequenting the streets and wasn't the cleanest but I thought with other parts other than my head. Needless to say I ended up catching the bed bugs in my own house. After looking online i gave the pest control company a call and originally thought I was being raked over the coals when the lady on the phone told me it was going to be $700 to get rid of them. I called around and had found they were cheaper than everyone else with some companies like Massey trying to charge me $1600 and another company told me I had to have my house fumigated and be out for three days. Anyway, I called up Imperial and went with them because they had good reviews and seemed to know what they were talking about. I did everything they wanted me to do on the prep sheets as best as possible and let them come in and spray and was amazed at how bad it really was. When I came back in after being gone for half a day I had thousands of dead bed bugs all over the place and my house smelt real strong of chemicals. I knew what they used had worked because there was dead roaches also that came out hat i did not even know I had. I had a good experience with them and they do great work but I hope I dont have to see them again under the same circumstances as last time.
