More than just a pest control company. Imperial Pest Prevention helped my elderly father out with more than just being a pest control spray exterminating service. My Father lives in the Daytona Beach area and started having fainting problems with just as little as standing up too quickly. The pest control technician Jon was there one day doing the service and this happened and he actually caught him and picked him up and brought him to his recliner and called the emergency response and my sister and I to inform us. We were touched that a company cared enough to do that we contacted the owner and wanted to get a gift card for the employee to go out to dinner on us. The owner informed us that he appreciated us as a customer and acknowledged the employee and asked what we were going to get for the employee so we said a $50 darden card to go were he liked and the company owner said to keep the money and he appreciated the gesture but the company was going to give the employee a $100 gift card to darden to take his family out and for us to take the $50 we planned on giving the technician and go have lunch. My sister and I couldn't believe the level of customer service and care that came from Imperial Pest Prevention It showed that they are a true class act and treat there customers and employees great.
