As a property manager and owner of a property management firm, I can attest to the fact that we have had a multitude of pest control companies over the years. Imperial pest prevention has by far exceeded expectations in numerous circumstances. We have dealings with homes and properties in some of the not so greatest sections of Volusia county and Daytona Beach so we know that we are going to have some roaches and bed bug cases from time to time because of the clientele and the fact of them moving from property to property etc. With that being said, our call back report over the past two years of having them service our properties has shown a decrease of 42% which is phenomenal compared to past companies who had promised the world in a pest control company.
