We hired imperial pest control to do a home inspection and initially we were upset with them because they denied doing the crawl space inspection because of a spider infestation under the home. The guy who I cant remember his name said that they were black and brown widows and that he could not jeopardize his safety. I thought he was lying and just didn't want to do the inspection and that brown widows were fake. I had a man from the department of agriculture come out and he did indeed back them up that it was true and that he was correct in not going under for safety. I decided to have the homeowner hire them to treat so they could go back and be able to inspect for me. When the pest control guy came out he sprayed the crawl space and these spiders were coming out of the crawlspace vent holes by the thousands, I could not believe it. I literally felt like a jerk and had to apologize because it was literally a safety hazard. I told them I would share this experience because it was the least I could do for the hassle I put that man through. Imperial Pest Prevention is a legitimate company and I do recommend them.
