Imperial pest prevention is the best pest control company that we have used to date. We have had major and smaller local companies in the past and always battled with carpenter ants every year during the fall. They would treat, it would be fine all year, then in fall they would come out in groves. Well about 2 weeks ago the same thing happened so we fired our pest control company and searched for another to try. We hired imperial because of the fact they seemed to have a lot of happy clients. When we called the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Right from the get go I could tell she was more than just an office person to answer the phone and book appointments. When the bug man came out he took the time to explain why the other services didn't work, the behavior of the carpenter ants and found the source within 20min of being in the house. We had dirty gutters that had been clogged with leaves and debris that had rotted the board behind and the drip edge. When he tapped on the gutter with his sprayer tons came out in a frantic. I couldn't believe that I paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars to other companies to spray the inside and out but never got the chemical were it needed to be. We since have cleaned the gutters and had the board replaced and there has not been one ant. This is a very professional company with good prices. Well worth hiring these guys over the competition.
