Best around by far. We hired imperial pest prevention for a bed bug extermination service for our New Smyrna Beach rental home. We short term rent this property and apparently some guests checked in that had bed bugs, left, and left bed bugs to stay for the next guests. I had to put trust in an exterminator because we could not be present and had to have it taken care of immediately. The staff in the office helped our contact with prep sheets and the prepping of the property and came out the next day to get get the pest control service done. They communicated with being away and followed up and even helped coaching me with what to say and smoothing things over with the new rental occupant. It was a positive experience under the circumstances. They truly helped make it a breeze to handle from afar with not being present and able to do anything ourselves. I now have a pest control company I would never look to any other company from this point on if I am ever in need of pest control services.
