Jon and the crew over at Imperial are the best. Jon use to service my accounts when the business first opened and is a very knowledgeable guy. Most intelligent bug guy I have ever had dealings with, the type of guy that worked from the bottom to the top so he knows the industry and has done everything. Since he has stepped back I usually get Matt or Dimitri and those guys seem to be on the same level. I can tell the company trains the guys well because I have asked them both things from termites to lawn questions and I get answers. Its never I will have someone call or I dont handle that. The office is the same way, everyone is trained like one another which is rare this day in age. Great pest control company to work with for sure.
