I cancelled but reinstated my pest control service today over a slight mishap. I always have it in my notes for the pest control company to call me night before coming out to do any service. Well i saw the work order from the guy who sprayed the booster outside spray and I thought left my gate opened and freaked out. I immediately cancelled even though the office lady reassured me they called the night before. Well I know many do not admit when they are wrong, but I told my wife about it, and they did indeed call her. I was still upset the gate was opened and left that way so I reviewed the security camera and it was actually the lawn cutting guys. I felt like a jerk that I did not even realize that the lawn was cut and immediately blamed them. I had no choice but man up and call and make it right I was clearly in the wrong.
