Excellent customer service. Imperial pest prevention helped my wife and me out with a last minute termite wood destroying organism and insect inspection that we needed for closing. They came out for me within an hour got it handled and got me, my Realtor and the lender the report within two hours all before noon on a Saturday. For this there is no other pest control company I will ever use.
