You know that the support team is excellent when they answer your call at midnight and calmly guide you through your issues. I'm too embarrassed to say what exactly happened to me… Let's just say it wasn't lovely, and I was about to lose a hefty sum of money. But the support team helped me to figure everything out. I don't know what other brokers have to offer, but these guys do real miracles.
