We purchased three radiators on ebay from a seller named xinnewshop2018 who were stated to be UK sellers with goods in the UK. In fact we found out later that the seller is Guangzhou Yin Fu Trading Co Ltd. One item was faulty and leaked. We contacted the seller who said it would be replaced immediately. That was a lie and they stopped answering emails. Only when we complained to PayPal did we find out the company was Chinese, based in China not the UK and worse we were expected to return the goods to China at our expense!
