Tried them . No reply to E.mail. Have just managed to get a reply from telephone number of REL and have been told that the company was never sold to them . The sale did not go through ! Who is telling lies. On utube Joseph Valente states he sold the company to REL Capital and that they have taken over all the customer warrantees. What is the truth and what happens to our annual service for 10 years. ? Totally miss sold.
