That was Wednesday and come Monday, Barry arrived with his apprentice and got to work with installing the Worcester Bosch combi boiler. He was efficient, cleaned up after a small dusty mess and was proper professional On Tuesday my portable thermostat wasn't working and the booklet instructions were far too over complicated in understanding programming. I rang up the head office and they got Barry to contact me which he did immediately. We arranged for him to visit and sort out the problem. He hax given the issue some thought according to my shift pattern at work. He's now fitted a different mechanism to the boiler and fitted a wall mounted thermostat. Not only was all the extra work organised efficiently but Barry was a star. So 10 out of 10 on my new boiler which has 10 year warranty. I'm very pleased.
