Do not purchase and expect to get your products by the time they say you will, regardless of how much you pay to rush production or shipping. The rush order options are a scam. Customer Service has no clue about your order other than "it's in production" for everything. My order has been in production for 3 weeks, was supposed to be delivered last week and they can't tell me when it will ship....just to ship! All I get from them is to be patient. They weren't patient when they wanted my $1000! Stay away from this company, find someone else.
