Terrible shop and environment.
I first went to the shop this Summer, while I was on a day out with my family and came across this shop selling cases, and my kids where excited and we stopped. The shop was very busy, and at least 3 young girl was working and there was another guy, an arab guy, i believe hes the store manager. In the meantime that we were waiting to be served, I overheard hoe that guy was talking to the costumer and I didn’t want ti believe how rude he was. He literally said to the customer to ‘shut up if you don’t know what you talking about”. We were served then by a blonde italian lady and she was absolutely fantastic, one of the best experiences in customer service I ever had, she even stopped to talk with the kids and made them chose the right case for my phone!
I then returned a few days ago and I was in shock when I learned that all those young but professional people that you used to work there over the summer all left. I was served by that same arab guy from this summer. Terrible, really terrible. He didn’t listen to my issue (my screen stop working and I needed a repair), he changed the priced every three seconda and never really looked at me. After a fee questions, he literally went in the back, i believe he talked with someone else, and said that there was nothing he could do. I then went to the other repair shop in the markets area and they quickly repair my screen for less than a 100£. I believe that guy working at Imzi couldn’t be bothered.
I asked to the kind guy of the other shop if they (Imzi Communications) always tret their costumer like that, and they told me that the manager doesn’t really care about the shop and how they do business, and that every two months he has to look for new people…I wonder why
