I did not know what to expect this being my first funeral arrangements that I have had to make. All I can say is Harriet and her team were absolutely brilliant they could not have been more understanding or patient with me nothing was too much trouble and no question too silly. The funeral went so well I could not have been happier. They answered every call and responded to every email that I made. I was not rushed into making a decision and no deadlines set right up to the evening before.
