Had taken three months course for joint and knee pain, I did not feel much change after two months, after which I consulted Nutritionist and followed the recommended diet plan along with knee exercises and continued another 1 month course of 1Balance. My joint and knee pain is better but I can't say it's because of 1Balance course, may be it helped to some degree but knee exercises and Nutritionist plan helped more possibly.
