Ordered a server, worked fine, until I cancelled it. I cancelled it just over 1 month prior to the renewal date, received an email from them confirming that the service was cancelled. Then on the renewal date I received an invoice. I contacted them requesting my money back, they said I hadn't cancelled my paypal agreement (nothing of this mentioned in the confirmation email) and although the service was ended by now, so they had my money for no service, they refused any refund. They then told me that I'd filed a chargeback with my credit card (I hadn't at this point) so they couldn't give me a refund, but they would have if I hadn't. Once I did file a chargeback they disputed it, but ultimately the card company decided that the service had been cancelled, had not been provided, the payment was still taken and no refund had be given. I was then accused of trying to get a double refund, not sure how that would work since the credit card company's first question is if you have refunded already when a dispute is raised. The guy was rude, offensive, arrogant, unpleasant, accusative and stuck to his singular view of the world. I would strongly recommend finding a different reseller when buying hosting.
