My friend and I bought 2 pairs of boots in April.After 4 months of delay, no items have been sent and we requested for full refund 2 weeks ago, and they said it would take 14 days to process. I emailed again today but I was told that THEY CANNOT ADVISE when I can get my money back and if I want to take further actions I am welcome too. It is appalling and in violation of any EU Consumer Rights as products would need to be delivered within 30 days. They also made it clear that they would refund the money within 14 days on there website. Now they are just keeping over 400 euro from us. I have evidence of correspondence with their support team.
