Bummed I can't give this place zero stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes back in Sept and the first arrived about 1.5 months later. Unfortunately they were too small, so I tried to send them back (60$ of shipping out of my own pocket). I was assured the address was correct though 2 months later the parcel came all the way back to me. Meanwhile, the second pair of shoes never shipped so I asked to cancel that purchase and get a refund. The refund was promised in Dec and it's now the end of Jan and I have yet to see the money. I was just told that they had a glitch and they would like me to wait patiently. Incredibly frustrating, and no one is answering the US customer service line. I feel stupid, I should have known better and read the reviews first. DON'T waste your time with this place.
